Emergency Tents: Don’t wait until the last minute to reserve your tents. Our tents reserve quickly! If tents are requested less than 7 days prior to the event date, they are subject to a 25% fee. ($750 for a 20×40 tent + delivery, pickup, and setup labor) Emergency tents will only be provided if we both have inventory in stock, and staffing available to set them up.
